These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access and use of the Trackkun application (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Trackkun grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

You can use the app without creating an account, but it is better to create an account to get access to more features. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You may be required to purchase a subscription to access some of our services. If you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. If you purcahse the subscription on your iOS and Android device, you can cancel it by managing the Subscriptions on your device. If you purcahse the subscription on the web application, you can cancel it by opening the App Menu > Cancel Subscription.
The App and all of its content, including but not limited to the text, code, graphics, images, and videos, are the property of Trackkun or its licensors. All rights reserved.
The App is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Trackkun does not warrant that the App will be available at all times, secure, or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackkun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Trackkun may terminate your license to use the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trackkun with respect to your use of the App.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
